Groups should remove items they want to keep from the bag sheet in this round. When time is up move on to reading aloud “Round 2” from the story sheet and give groups 5 minutes to make their decisions. Groups should place the items they want to put in their bag in the empty squares on the duffle bag sheet. Start the activity by reading aloud “Round 1” from the story sheet and give the groups 10 minutes to make their decisions. Have them cut apart the item squares with scissors (or pre-cut them yourself before starting) Distribute copies of the duffle bag sheet and all three item sheets to each group.
